OUR STORY

My love of horses led to the start of Horse Hair From Claire. A few years ago a good friend lost her horse, a huge fellow called Monty. I decided to try and make her a bracelet to remember him by, and although it was probably a bit messy, for a first attempt I was quite pleased with it. Lockdown came along a couple of years later and, looking to fill my time, I remembered I still had some of the silver I had originally bought (I'd bought a few bits and pieces more than I'd actually needed!!!). So on a cold wet day on the second lockdown, I decided to give it another go since I had time on my hands. With a LOT of trial and error, and a few tears along the way, here we are today; still growing and learning new skills.
